1, FRP/GRP molded grating is made of vertical and horizontal continuous fiberglass fully soaked in unsaturated polyester resin, giving perfect bi-directional unmatched corrosion resistance with strength, long life and safety.
2, Molded grating provides the ultimate in reliable performance, even in the most demandin corrosive conditions. Besides, it is easy to cut and install. The widest selection with panel size, color and anti-slip surfaces are available.
3, Comparing with other floor materials, the molded grating provides a series of advantages, unmatched impact resistance, while the strength-weight ratio is only one-third of that of steel grating. It is easy to cut and install.
4, The molded grating has perfect corrosion resistance. Different resin has different property of corrosion resistance. The resins being widely used include orthophthalic polyester resin, isophthalic polyester, vinyl ester resin. Vinyl ester grating provides extremely corrosion resistance.
